The Buds Q has a claim that it can last upto 4.5 Hour of with a single full charge. And it also equipped with a 400mAh of juice. Along with this it is having a Playback tike of 20 Hours and standby tike of 50 Hours. Quite impressive right. Indeed by playing at a mad volume it can last upto 4 Hours approx. Yet at 60 to 70 volume percent it can last more than this. Regarding the recharging the case itself can take upto 2 Hours. However, it is support any Type-C USB yet it support only a Micro USB Charger. For me, I think this could not be consider as a deal breaker.
The Earbuds S have a claimed battery life of 4 hours when used continuously and 12 hours when combined with all the juice inside the case. But the actual usage is 3.5 Hours only and by combining with the case it upto 12 hours before it get exhausted. Along with this it have a stand by time of 150 Hours. However, to fully recharge can take upto 2 hours. In terms of mAh capacity the S has is less than Q by 100mAh. Which means it is only equipped with 300mAh. The performance of battery life is low as compare to realme Buds Q. Yet, if you for a longer period this could fulfill you needs. Concerning the port this also does not support Type-C, it support only Micro USB.
Regarding the compatibility of both this earphones are compatible with any Android and Ios Devices. Along with Mac, Windows and Laptop having Bluetooth technology.
With concerning to the comfortability and fit both have no complain in this section. Both works perfectly and really done the job well. This two can be use while Jogging, Running or in Work Out Session etc. There is no chance of falling out of the ear if the buds are placed properly with the right fit. Indeed it can also be worn for a long with out any hassle in ear. Yet, the Buds Q has a little more advantages, because of it small size. Plus it can enter a little more that tue S.

To easily do an instant connect and more stable the realme Buds Q comes with powerful R1Q chip with Bluetooth 5.0.
On the other hand The Redmi S has also features a Bluetooth 5.0. To allows for seamless simultaneous connectivity with both the earbuds delivering stable connection.
In terms of connectivity have 10 M or 33 Feet radius. However, the connection is strong within the range. But, yes, after this the connection is not that stable, if you stay in one place without moving it can connect. Indeed if you move around you will face the connection drop. In this section, can’t decide which one is one winner. The reasoj is that both have same performance.

Triple-tap: Go to next song.
Press and hold one side: End call.
Redmi Earbuds S Controls:
Well now lets have a look at both of this two earbuds, regarding the performance. As per the statemen by the company both are equipp with Gaming Mode. Which means that both have a Low Latency Mode.
However, the Redmi Earbuds S comes with the gaming mode. In which reduces the latency to 122ms. To gives better performance for your pro gaming as well as watching Videos, Netflix or YouTube. And yes it does perform very well in this section.
On the other hand, the Buds Q also has a Super Low Latency Gaming Mode. Which can drastically reduces the latency to just 119ms. The result is a perfect sync between audio and video while watching movies or playing games.
As you can see one had 122ms and the other has 119ms. Mathematically the difference between is only 3ms. However, this can really have a impact on the Latency.
Now lets have a look at the design and build quality. As per as my concern both are quite similar at some extent. Regarding the material both are construct with a plastic. While Earbuds S has some sharp edges, on the other hand the Buds Q has a cobble plus a round shape design( The man behind the design is Jose Levy).
Concerning the looks the Buds Q has a better feel and good plus comfort when in hand as compare to Redmi earbuds S. In terms of size and weight the Q is smaller and lighter than the S. The earbuds weight is about 3.6 grams. On the other hand Earbuds S is more weight(4.1G) and bigger in size. However, the Buds Q is slightly sturdier while opening and closing the case. And it is not much flexible as compare to S.
Regarding the battery or charging indicator Realme Buds Q lie outside the box and certification lies inside the box. While Xiaomi Redmi S lie in the box and the certification lies below of it. Indeed, both are attached with magnetic inside that can be use for charging. And one thing you will notice is that, if you close and shake the box the Earbuds S really makes much more. I think this is really annoying and cheap.
Lets have a look at the buds design, the realme has a continue of cobble as seen in the case. On the othe hand, the S has a generic shape design. Regarding the eartips both have an angle shape design. Whic can result in giving more fit in the ear. With concerning the control button the Q has a touch capacitive button. While the S has a physical touch button. When compare to touch and physical, the physical has more advantages and it is easier to get use to it.
The sound or audio quality is the most important part of all.
So, Let’s Find Out Which One Is The Winner
By starting at the driver size the realme Buds Q has a 10mm while Xiami Redmi Earbuds S has 7mm. Generally, the bigger driver size means a little more sound. Besides the Buds Q has an AAC codec on the other hand the S is only equipp with an SBC whic is consider as a a basic codec. However, in Bluetooth earbud AAC codec are consider as little high in terms of quality.
But when come to the bass part it is, a little bit mucky, even though it is trying to enhance the output. Don’t get me wrong you wont be able to enjoy the bass because of its muddy sound. Regarding the mids are also not that good. Concerning the high as well it does not produce that well. I doest not mean that ‘Ekdom Bekar Hain’.
Coming to the loudness and loudness the realme Buds Q stand out, when compare to Redmi Earbuds S. Obviously realme is better in terms of sound quality.
Even in realme it does boost the base, as compare to normal. Thought it is boosted it is not crisp in the mid range. In terms of high it is slighly better compare to Redmi.
So, to be frank if you should go for Realme by looking at the overall performance or by looking at the sound quality. It is much way better than Redmi.
Well, it clear that which one is the winner, obviously The realme Buds Q. whether in the quality of Sound or in Design as well as in the Battery segment. Even in the comparison the Q perform a little bit better than the S. No doubt the Q price is little bit higher. But yes it does have a value when compare to the price. So, why to loose to chance.
