The new version JBL Clip 3 still have the same round what we see in the previous version JBL Clip 2. Obviously the new version got some changes on it. Yet, in terms of size the Clip 3 is a bit bigger and thicker. Because of that it adds more a bit weight to it and it is weighing around 210 G.

In terms of looks, design and quality this tiny little speaker is amazing and remarkable. Because of its material quality it is rugged and robust and because of that it really adds a nice finish to it.

Indeed at the it has a sturdy material finish, that’s make the product feels like it will last longer. And it can prevent from damaging like wear and tear.

The connectivity or the Bluetooth range is also decent like most of the speaker this also has a range of 10 M which is approximately 30 Feet. But the downside is that it’s still using the old version of Bluetooth which is 4.1.

However, the decent range make it ide for using as a personal speaker. With that being said, connecting to any device is simple and device.

You need need to turn it on the Speaker and search in other device when you find the JBL Clip 3 in the Bluetooth section just hit the pairing button and you are done.

Regarding the latency while playing Videos from YouTube, Netflix etc. this speaker has almost no latency on it. Well, there is a slight delay while Pausing or Playing a song. However, this kind of delay can be found in other Bluetooth speakers as well.

This time the JBL Clip 3 miss the feature JBL Connect+, yet this feature was still available on Clip 2. Which means there is no way of connecting a multiple device through Connect+ App. But still I thinks it’s ok.

Is This Waterproof?

Yes ofcourse, this is totally waterproof.

This could be one of the best the feature, because this can handle any water of extreme water conditions. You do need to worry about being getting wet. Additionally, this can submerged into the water upto 1 M thanks to its IPX7 rating. However, if you just throw this won’t easily get submerged instead it will float into the water.

Moving on the most important part of the revie i. e the quality of the sound. Well, the fact is that JBL products doesn’t seem to compromise when ot comes to quality of sound and Yes this one also there is not much compromise.

In terms of quality output this one seems a bit better when comparing to the Clip 2. It produce a rich sound as well as enjoyable immersive audio. But, there is a little need of adding bass to it. However in comparison to the second generation this one is much better, louder and fuller.

In Clip 3 the amount of lows is noticeable when playing a song that has a good amount of bass. On other genre it quite seems perform well.

Well, we can’t hope a bigger a bass as by looking the size. Nonetheless, it does have a well balance and ok quality of bass. It is a fact that there is no muffle up with highs as well as lows.

Getting good amount of bass require a bit larger size well if your main concern is for you should give a try on JBL Flip 4 or Flip 5.

The loudness doesn’t is not that much, that could reach the backyard. But yeah it is great choice for personal uses, listening podcast and hiking.
