The Boat BassHeads 100 comes with a Hawk design that’s makes the looks more attractive. Besides, the earphones is minimalist and lightweight. The cable also has as a durable PVC Cable which is tangle free. Indeed the entire body has a plastic build which makes the earphones lightweight. The earphones is not water resistant nor waterproof because of this avoid using in watery place.
For control the earphones has only one control which is attached in the wire along with the mic. But the control button isn’t that smooth there’s a need of a bit of applying pressure to it. The control available option are Call End or Pick Up, Next/Previous Track, Play ad Pause Music. There’s no any option of controlling volume through the earphones control button. You need to control the volume through the smartphone.
First of all, select the ear-tips that has the best suit for your ears. The reason is that it will give you the snug and best fit. However, the overall comfort and fit is balance and they have a great job by maintaining it. But there’s a chance of paining in ears if you wore for a longer period of time.
There is no active noise cancellation instead it have only a passive active noise cancellation, which means it cancels the surround only. The performance in quiet and noisy surrounding are a bit different. In quiet environment there’s no any weakness. However, in noisy environment the microphone use to get weak and it perform a bit bad. The microphone recording quality isn’t that clear and get a bit boomy.
The sound of Boat BassHeads 100 is really strong with a good loudness and an impressive audio separation. It’s perfect for the bulk of the music styles. However, the volume has to be set at least 80 percent to reach the sound balance.
The bass is a little natural on the earphones and it’s not thumpy or grizzling. It preserves the distance between the frequencies and other frequencies. The highs are also normal with clear mids. Finally, it is viable and satisfactory to watch television or show with these earphones.

The Basshead 152 in black, red, and blue are also available. With heavy metal earbuds, the construction of 152 is impressive. But only metal housings do not have the external earbuds. They are indeed very solid earphones, and no dim feelings. They are very solid. The earphone cable is well woven and adds overall longevity.
The earphones have a braided cable with a length 1.2 meter. But the cable is only braided from the 3.5 mm jack till the inline mic. It is a regular cable from inline mic to the earphones. In fact this could be improved by using the braided cable. The earphones, however, have a decent angle of 3.5 mm jack connector.
For control there’s only a single button. Through this button you can Play/Pause music, change songs, or Google assistant/Siri. Unfortunately there’s no features available for going to the previous track. Like others 152 has no inbuilt button for adjusting the volume.
Now the comfort and fit, it’s a fact that this earphones provide comfort and a snug fit while wearing them. So, even wearing them to an extended sessions there won’t be much problem. But before using it better or to make sure the right eartips. And it could help you in listening for a few hours.
An inline mic is also available to respond to calls or use Google Assistant or Siri. We can’t expect the best quality because of its price, but the quality from these earphones is just good. These earphones have only passive noise cancellation, so in noisy condition the call quality is not so good, but in quiet areas.
The Boat BassHeads 152’s sound quality is good and impressive. It can handle songs of any kind such as hip-hop, pop, rock and acoustics. Also strong and punchy with regard to the bass production. The high and middle are also well separated, but a little bit messy, but not too much. Typically, it would hardly be heard.
It results in a kind of distortion at 80-85% and sluggish output. That’s why listening to the music at low to medium-volume is better than having the highest standard. Otherwise, it’s a decent pair of casual hearing and daily use earphones.

The overall design or build quality of Boat Bassheads 900 On Ear Wired Headphones is nice and looks good. The product is lightweight and has a plastic material with a metal mesh on the outside. The foam are not are very nice with a mix of not too soft nor hard and the foam doesn’t soak sweat which is indeed a great thing.
Comparing with the price the headphones has a rugged flexible build. And the headphones is foldable and the size is also not that big which is really a great thing. However there’s no any official statement on the IP ratings because of that you need to be a bit careful while using in wet conditions.
The headphones has a One Button which is placed at the wire along with in line mic. The multi control button can be use for Answer/End Calls, Skip/Previous Track, but there’s no option for turning Up/Down through the button.
Coming the the quality of mic isn’t that great nor bads, in simple word it balance. The reason is that it works well when you make calls and the output voices are clear if there is no any background noises. The voice recording quality isn’t that good, but it’s acceptable.
Regarding the comfort and fit, the 900 provide a snug fit and comfort. But there’s a problem that if you’re wearing for the first time it can create pain in ear because of the tight clamp. However if you can manage that or loosen it there won’t be any issue at all.
The overall sound quality of Boat BH900 is excellent with enough loudness and great bass. This headphones is especially for those who like more bass or a bass heads person. If you want more balance sound output you should try the Rockerz Earphones.
In terms of the highs the balance production puts much emphasis. The mids are not much higher than the usual standard, but with no mix with other frequencies. Also the lower output enhances 50-60% of the volume, so the sound output is louder. The sound is used to get a little muddy or blurred at higher volume.

However regarding the BH242 in terms of fit there’s no problem because you will get an extra tip according to that you can choose the perfect one or with the help of the fins it can stay perfectly.
However the comfort isn’t that great it can create pressure and the ears started to pain, this may be only when you’re using for the first time. When you get use to it the discomfort may go away.

The Boat BH162 is a very light earphone, which can be quickly placed in your ears and forget that you have any earphones. The earphones weigh approximately 10 grammes and the earphones are also quite comfortable.
